Team NL Training Session, Saturday 25th July, Wishaw

This Saturday, there will be a Training Session held at Wishaw for all Athletes who have been  involved with Team NL this year with the main idea to bring everyone together before the YDL Final, which is due to take place on Sunday 9th August at Grangemouth.

Sessions planned are as follows:

– Endurance (Jill, Richie & John)
– Sprints & Relays (Bob, Donald & Brian)
– Throws (Donald)
– Hurdles (Archie)
– Long Jump (Paul)

All going well, we are hoping that all outstanding Team NL Hoodies and 2015 YDL Final T-Shirts will be handed out.

Please note that this year’s NL YDL Team will be selected on Tuesday 21st July and a teamer will be sent out to all those who have been selected.

Travel Details:
There will be a combination of  mini bus and cars leaving Muirfield Community Center  at 09.15 on Saturday morning and planning to leave Wishaw at 12.15.
