This year, our Club has been given the privilege of hosting one of this years Scottish Athletics SUPERTeams Region Championships at Greenfaulds High School on Saturday 24th May 😊
New to SUPERTeams? 🙂
SUPERteams introduces our youngest Club members (born in 2014, 2015 or 2016) to a fun and relaxed competition by taking part in running, jumping and throwing events to earn points for their team.
Events at this year’s Regional Event will be 75m, Long Jump and Turbo Javelin, with a fun relay at the end whilst the points are being calculated.
Medals will be presented to the Top 3 Boys & Girls and Top 3 Teams.
How to Enter 😊
As with all SUPERTeams events, the Club will cover the entry fees for all our young Club Athletes wishing to take part.
For those Club Athletes who would like to take part, can I ask the Athletes Parents/ Guardian to just simply drop Stephen a mail with the Athlete/s name they wish to enter at cumbernauldaac.headcoach@gmail.com by Wednesday 14th May.
Proposed Timetable
As the timetable is currently being shaped, a final timetable will be mailed to all those that have signed up after the event closing date, which will be Thursday 15th May.
We are currently working to a 10am start with a 13.00 finish.
