Dear Club Members,
I hope all is well!
To end what has been a busy year for the Club, we thought it would be a good idea to have a fun relaxed festive morning at the track for all Club Members and their families, which will include our 2023 Annual Club Awards.
Proposed Shape of our Event
The morning will have the following flow and the times are just a rough guide:
- 09.30 – Meet at GHS
- 09.45 – 1K Santa Dash in and around the Track (Run, Jog or Walk)
- 10.00 – A bite to eat and a drink (in the school)
- 10.30 – Our 2023 Annual Club Awards
Entry Fees & Online Entry Form
In the past the Club have normally charged a fee for the Annual Awards Family Night however the Club Board have kindly agreed to donate all the Santa Dash Entry Fees raised to Strathcarron Hospice, which are as follows:
- Under 18: £4.00
- Over 18: £8.00
- Family: £19.00
All those taking part in the Santa Dash, will receive:
- a Santa Suit and
- a Finishers Medal
- a bite to eat and a drink.
