Recovery is one of the most overlooked aspects of an Athletes training, perhaps it is because it i snot the most interesting part of training 😊 However, improvements in both fitness and performance occur during the recovery periods between training sessions, not during training itself. 

This session will look to cover the following Recovery Strategies and is open to all Athletes, Parents and Coaches, and will be held at GHS this Saturday, (14th October), starting at 13.30:
