On Sunday 16th January, the club will be heading to the Emirates Stadium in Glasgow for the first match in the Scottish Athletics Indoor League. Unfortunately this year, we are restricted to very small numbers and everything is still subject to changes/cancellation.

In the meantime, here are some details of the arrangements:
Please ensure you are at the Emirates for registration by 9.00 at the latest. (Or at least one hour before your event.)
NEW NOTE – spectator numbers are limited, so athletes can only have a maximum of ONE adult with them. It is requested that you complete a lateral flow test before attending, and do not attend if you have any symptoms.

Please make sure you have a non-fizzy drink and a snack. Ideally, we would like all athletes to wear the club vest if they have one. If you don’t have running spikes yet, then running trainers will be fine.
On the day, please go up the outside steps in front of the building as access will be via the upper level. Bag searches will be in place, no glass bottles allowed, and masks will be required inside the building. Assuming everything is as normal, we usually sit at the far left side of the arena as you walk in, just look for pale blue hoodies!
Each athlete age group will have a club coach assigned to them to help them get to the right place at the right time, so that they can relax and enjoy the day. Also just a reminder that only designated team managers will have access to the Warm Up and Call Up areas.
When you are not competing yourself, please watch and encourage your fellow team-mates on!
