Teams NL YDL Trials (5th June @ GHS) – Meet 1 Results

Well done to all our U13 & U15 Athletes who take part in yesterdays Team NL Trials with our good friends from Airdrie Harriers.

In all 63 Athletes took part with a good number of them for the first time in a Club Vest, which was great to see, all putting in great performances across Sprints, Middle Distance, Jumps and Throws 🙂

Up next will be Team NL Trials Meet 2 for all our U13 & U15 Athletes, which will be held next Saturday (12th June) and will cover the remaining events that will be covered in this years YDL Meets. Where our Club Athletes will be joined by Athletes  from both Airdire Harriers and Motherwell AC.

For those not entered and would like to take part, you can enter online here and entries will be open until this Thursday 10th June at 10pm.

Team NL Team Selection
For those new to Team NL, selection for the first meet only is simply the first two athletes in each event at both Trial meets.

Please note, as Motherwell AC Athletes were not able to attend the first Trials Meet due to competing at Spring Fest held at their home track in Wishaw, their Athlete results for YDL Events will be considered as part of Team NL Team Selection for the first meet.

As with all League Meets in the Track & Field Summer calendar this year, the YDL League will have a restricted event list for both meets, which can be found here.
