In perfect race conditions on Friday evening at the GAA Miler Meet at Linwood, there were fantastic 800m performances by the following Club Athletes in their opening races at this distance of this year:
Paul McMonagle: 2.17.95
Allan Cameron: 2.08.07 New PB
Alasdair McMonagle: 1.56.99 New PB
On Sunday, Amy Kennedy in the vest of Team Jaguar competed in Meet 1 of the National Athletics League in Manchester, produced a number of great performances in both Track & Field:
Long Jump: 5.09 New PB
Discus (1K): 34.18 New PB
100m Hurdles: 15.9
