Last weekend our Club Senior and Master Athletes kicked off the Winter Season with a number of great performances at the George Cummings RR’s and the Neil McCover Half Marathon, this Saturday – 12th October – they will be joined by a number of the Club Junior Athletes to take part in this years West District XC Relay Championships, which will be held at Ayrshire Athletics Arena (AAA) in Kilmarnock.

Travel Logistics
The Club will be taking a mini bus through and will be leaving Muirfield Community Center at 09.30 and will be leaving Kilmarnock after the last Club Athlete has ran.
Those making their own way there, can you please let Stephen know either at a Club Night or by dropping him a txt on 07768 337 608, please make sure you are at the Club Tent at least 1 hour before your event.

Up and Coming Road Relay and Cross Country Events Open to ALL
Over the following month there will be plenty of opportunities for all Club Athletes to take part in great Road Running and Cross Country Events that the Club will be attending and include:
- Saturday 19th October – LAAA Road Running Relays – Drumpellier Park – U11’s to Masters – closing date 17th October (please note this will be a Club entry).
- Saturday 26th October – National XC Relays – Cumbernauld Park – U13’s to Masters – closing date 10th October.
- Sunday 3rd November – Lasswade XC – Goerbridge – U11’s to Masters – entries on the day.
