In the not so kindest of weather – which is diplomatic as I can put it 🙂 – the new Cross Country season kicked off down at Irvine last Saturday where all Club Athletes that took part put in great performances on a challenging course at the West District XC Relays.
The following is a copy of all the times for all that ran:
Performance of the day has to go to the Masters Quartet (Howard, Stephen, Greig and Ross) who managed to secure yet another National Team Medal – Bronze – in a close race, who were closely followed up by Vincent, Robert, Martin and Paul in 5th Place.
Well done to all those that ran – next up LAAA Road Relays at Drumpellier Park this Saturday 🙂
