A couple of weekends ago our Masters athletes took on the National Masters Indoor Championships and the National Masters Cross Country Championships, and there were lots of fantastic performances!
Indoor Championships
Congratulations to:
David Pegrum, Gold in the V40 400m, and 4th in the V40 200m.
Sally Condie, Silver in the V50 60m.
Howard Elliot, Gold in the V50 800m, and Silver in the V50 1500m.
Well done also to Alan Flanagan – 4th in the V40 800m and 4th in the V40 1500m, David Hogg – 4th in the V45 1500m, and Paul O’Hare – 6th in the V40 800m.
Cross Country
Congratulations to Ross McEachern who won Bronze in the M50 category!
Well done also to Paul McMonagle who ran a great race in the M45 category.
Great to see so many master athletes competing for our club now, well done everyone!
