Last Sunday, 7th January, 13 of our endurance athletes took part in this years National 3K Indoor Championships, with all producing excellent performances.
Special mention goes to both Howard Elliot and Ross McEachern, who both continued to have an excellent Winter season by picking up National Silver and Bronze medals respectively in the V50 Masters Category.
